Removal from the United States: Removal is the process in which foreigners are removed from the United States that are found either inadmissible or deportable. Removal from the United States due to inadmissibility or deportation involve different factors.

Deportation from the United States: Generally, the USCIS, or the department formerly known as the INS, issues deportation orders because the individual has somehow broken the law.

Deported Immigrants Come Back to the United States: The Border Patrol is often catching immigrants who were previously deported. For many they have not been deported once, but rather have three or four previous deportations.

Immigration Bond: When an individual is detained by the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) it may be possible for an immigration bond to be posted. There are two types of immigration bonds: the delivery bond and the voluntary departure bond.
