details and download the PDF file by logging into your

requires Adobe Reader in order to be viewed. Adobe Reader is a free software
program that most computers have already pre-installed when purchased. However,
refer to our Download Help page if you have any
problems displaying any of our products. Many application forms now feature a
fillable feature
with the latest version of Adobe Reader, making them easy to complete on your
computer
before printing.
Hard copy immigration guides, data CDs, and DVDs are shipped by FedEx or USPS
(U.S. Postal Service) within 24 hours.

How to Download Immigration Guides:
- The download link can be found in the confirmation page displayed after
a successful checkout.

- Downloadable Immigration guides are available for download for 30 days in the "Downloadable Items (eBooks)" section of your account. Logon to your account
to download.

We also provide U.S. immigration guides in hard copy format. Hard copy products
are shipped within 24 hours by FedEx. Orders for data CDs and DVDs are shipped by
Priority Mail or First Class Mail.

- How do I track my order?
Orders for hard copy immigration guides are shipped by FedEx. The tracking
information will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of receiving your
order. You can track the shipping status at www.Fedex.com/Tracking
- How do I track my order for a data CD or DVD?
Orders for data CD and DVDs are shipped by USPS and tracking is not available.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please allowed 2-3 days for delivery

Forms are available on a subscription basis. If you have an active subscription,
you will be able to download all immigration forms available from our website for
the duration of your subscription. We currently offer 1, 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions. Immigration Forms are available for download immediately
upon successful checkout.
How to Download Immigration Forms:
- Click on "Download Forms" located on
the left navigation menu for unlimited access to all immigration forms.
- The download instructions can be found on the confirmation page displayed after
a successful checkout.
- Download instructions can also be found in the order confirmation email. If
you did not receive the confirmation email after submitting an order, please check your "Junk Mail"

- Logon to your account or go to www.usimmigrationsupport.org/immigration_forms.php for more information.
- Click on "Subscription to Download Immigration Forms" section of your account
to check your subscription status.

- Select the desired immigration forms and click on download.
