Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative

Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative) may also be known as USCIS Form G-28, G 28, Form G28 or immigration form G-28.

Form G-28 may be completed by non-U.S. citizens involved with a matter with the USCIS. The purpose of Form G-28 is to have an attorney or representative appear before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the individual. Proceeding records will be available for examination for the representative or attorney in a Service office during the time the case is pending. Should copies of transcripts and documents be available, they may be loaned under pledge that it will be surrendered during demand or final disposition of the case. Should there be no extra copies, these will be made available for either purchase or copying.
